The app was well received, but there have been issues with implementation and wide-spread acceptance. ![]()

What is a Rotary International Multi-District Project Fair?
It’s an event where Clubs from multiple countries (in this case Mexico and the United States) showcase their Projects to with the objective of potentially partnering with each other.
What’s the purpose of a Rotary International Multi-District Project Fair?
There are 3 key purposes:
- Promote friendship between all clubs of different international districts.
- Help small and/or new Rotary Clubs get involved in International Projects, learn how District and Global Grants work and can help them with their community projects
- Partnership with Clubs to leverage Rotary Foundation funds to maximize funding possibilities for projects. In some cases this may lead to completion of a project that otherwise could not be completed because of lack of funding.

- a catered steak dinner
- with silent and live auctions as well as
- the Calcutta on Saturday evening, April 27.

The 2019 version of the Annual Jack Whitmire Memorial Charity Sporting Clay Shoot will be held April 27th and 28th at the beautiful Beck Ranch with Saturday festivities including Youth Gun Safety instruction, practice rounds, steak dinner, raffle, charity auction and the Calcutta for the shooters. Sunday will feature the popular Flurry, the competition shoot and awards ceremony. |

Victoria Rotary Foundation Grant Money Available
November 1, 2018 is the due date for grants. Victoria Rotary Foundation awards a total $9000 to $12000 in grant money each year to non-profit organizations in the Victoria, Texas area. These funds are generated thru our annual Jack Whitmire Charity Clay Shoot which is scheduled to take place on April 27-28, 2018 at Beck Ranch on Salem Road.
You must have a 501(c)(3) designation to qualify. Grants will be awarded during the first quarter of 2019. Applications are available on line at www.victoriarotary.org.
