Outstanding Citizen Award committee selects the recipient of the Victoria Rotary Club Outstanding Citizen Award given In December of each year at The Victoria Chamber of Commerce December luncheon.

Nominating (5-Members) committee shall meet In November of each year to propose to the club nominees for president-elect, vice president, secretary, treasurer, sergeant-at-arms, and two members of the Board of Directors.

Paul Harris Selection (5 Paul Harris Fellows) committee shall meet in May of each year to designate Paul Harris Fellow recipients who will be honored through the club's annual donation to the Rotary Foundation.
