Billing Policy for Dues and Fees

The treasurer will bill members quarterly. Statements are distributed the first Tuesday of each quarter for that quarter. Bills are due before the end of the first month of the quarter.

For new members there is a $50 fee consisting of a $40 initiation fee and a $10 donation to the Rotary Foundation.

Normal quarterly statements consist of the following:

Meals - Each member pays for 13 meals a quarter (Annual cost--$676)
Quarterly Dues (Annual cost--$120)
Paul Harris Donation (Annual cost--$36)

When members bring guests to a meeting they can pay at the door or charge their account and the treasurer will add the charge to the next quarter's bill. Members are encouraged to bring potential new members and, as an incentive, the first meal for the potential member is free.

Monies from the missed meals go into the club account to pay for the Christmas party and other club activities and expenses.
